[Templates] Blocks within Views

Hi,
I'm using a several BLOCKs, i.e. [% BLOCK NavHeader1 %] within a VIEW. While debugging, I was surprised that there were several stat calls to the file system to look for a file named NavHeader1 in my include path. Is there a way to disable the search for the file?
