[Templates] indentation and text files

I thought about that, but it doesn't quite look as nice to me.  Guess
I'll end up going that route though if there's no other straightforward
way to do it.  Plus, there's going to be lots of non-programmers editing
the templates, and it might confuse them to see two different styles of
indenting (one for text, one for html).  Already it's hard to emphasize
to them that the indentation is important for clarity.  I don't want to
cause too much confusion.
