a Template::Plugin::Image plugin which implements methods like
size(), width(), height(), etc.  

There might conceivably be other image related methods we want
to add one day, so it makes sense to have one general purpose 
image plugin.

OK, there's a Template::Plugin::Image in CVS.  I'll do another
developer release RSN.
