I created a workaround for this. Creating a plugin called from the
header that parses template variables and evaluates those starting
with a '-'. That would be:
[% META browser_title = '-book.title' %]
The same thing but with some text around:
[% META browser_title = '-"My ${book.title} page"' %]
Just a temporary solution. I'll think TT3 will have solved this.
