does it work after you do:
perl -pi -e 's/(O_CREAT|O_WRONLY|O_TRUNC)/Fcntl::$1/g'
/Library/Perl/darwin/Template/Document.pm
???
Please stay away from perl 5.6.0 -- it's *very* buggy. use 5.6.1
instead, which is very stable.
