Yup, and I've still got my project banging around.  Although I'm still
pathetically light on docs (having trouble finding a place to start), and
had a 3 or 4 month lack-of-time hiatus.

But, I've renamed it and resumed it, and it's at:

The most interesting thing for now is getting a snapshot, and maybe 
looking at the project management task list.  Working on a new home page
for it soon.  Also torn between making a release and tearing it apart to
fix various flaws.  A lot of people have been asking to use it now, but
the
lack of docs is prohibiting.

With the exception of versioning (one of the aforementioned flaws), I have
these things now.

I'd be curious to look into your project as well, using RDF directly for
content encapsulation seems interesting.
