<p>After getting help to connect a monitor to my Backend and running
mythtv-setup to scan for channels I just stumbled upon something I
have never seen before (it may be new in v32).</p>
<p>On my Linuxmint PC Frontend there is a menu item:-</p>
<p><b>Menu > Administration > MythTV Backend Setup</b><br>

I am ready to scan tomorrow (21st March) thanks to advice from
Stephen.<br>

Connecting a monitor to my backend allows me to run mythtv-setup
(it cannot run via a vnc session without setting up a dummy
monitor)<br>
