The Hauppauge HVR-2200 should be detected 'out of the box' on most<br>
modern linux distros. You may need to download and install firmware,<br>
which is pretty straightforward. The HVR-2210 series also work, but<br>
the one I have is listed as "unknown type" by the current kernel (3.7)<br>
- still works, with the firmware, though. These are dual tuner cards,<br>
which means you can record two different DVB-T muxes at the same time.<br>

I'm not aware of other brands that are readily available in NZ.<br></blockquote><div><br><br>Not PCI but I favour the hdhomerun available from <a href="http://nicegear.co.nz">nicegear.co.nz</a>. Not as cheap as a PCI card, but you won't be sorry you got one. (I have 2)<br>
