An antenna for analogue broadcasts is exactly the same as one for
DVB-T broadcasts. In New Zealand, this means a UHF antenna, as all
the DVB-T transmissions are UHF... You might do well just to install
a combined UHF/VHF antenna, if you're in an area with enough signal
to run one
They're talking 2012-2013ish

Hey guys,
Has any firm date been given for turning off analogue transmissions
in .nz?
I'm going to build a new house soonish, and figure there's no point in
putting up an antenna if we only have a few years left. But if there's
another 10 years of service left I might as well put one up and let the
PVR250 keep on doing its work.
Cheers!
