Is the skew on your LNB correct? SBS is a lower signal level than freeview<br>

and is more picky about the skew being exactly right. I've seen some cases<br>

where freeview has worked but SBS has not, then gone and looked at the dish<br>
<br>
and seen the skew is off. Adjusting this has always fixed the problem.<br>

If all is correct maybe there is an issue with your card or LNB, what LNB<br>
<br>
do you have for D1?<br>
<br>

The card should be producing ~13V when tuning Vpol, if it is producing<br>
<br>
~18V it is still scanning on Hpol.<br>
