Somebody needs to take this through court, IANAL but an EPG is a<br>
collection of facts, which can't be copyrighted in itself.<br></blockquote><div><br>Some of the EPG information is factual: date, time, content advisories, episode title etc. But stuff like the program descriptions is not. Copying those is probably infringement (note: IANAL either).<br>
