<br>I think a screen scraper could be taken to breach both these clauses ("You agree not to, in any way, copy, ... [or] store (including in electronic form)..." and " you may not remove, copy or extract any of the programme listing information by any automated means"). I doubt they could come after you for writing a scraper, but they could still take the EPG hosting thing further.<br>
