I see posts from time to time on various forums about getting SBS and
other Oz channels on Optus D1 (ie the freeview/sky satellite).
I have a 60cm satellite dish and a single LNB (Flat Body 11300 L.O. KU
Band LNB). Can I expect to get anything other than the NZ channels?

I managed to get this working tonight (same setup) using the details
posted elsewhere in this thread. One issue I had was that I could scan
the transport and pick up the channels (SBS 1,2,HD,3,4 & radio) but
could not tune to them (no lock). I discovered that my LNB was set to
Universal (Voltage & Tone), and once I changed it to Standard, I
could now tune the SBS channels. Either LNB option works for the
Freeview channels.
I set the priority for the SBS channels to -5 and Myth now seems to
schedule them nicely such that Freeview takes precedence. Just in time
to record the replay of AC Milan vs Man U for my son :-)
