Some binary distributions of VLC ship without support for MP4A / AAC audio encoding, due to some legal issues with FFMPEG. Just Google for "vlc missing aac encoder" and you will see what I mean.</div>
<div><br></div><div>I would suspect that is why you didn't end up with an audio track. clvc would have thrown out some messages about this to STDOUT or STDERR during the remux.</div><div><br></div></div>
