Yeah thats why I tried downgrading to Intrepid from Jaunty to try and
isolate this as a problem. I assume you only get a new kernel when you
do a complete system upgrade. Problem wasn't fixed after reverting.<br>

Ok strike that. I see that the kernel is updated. What packages do I
revert to change the kernel back to an earlier Intrepid version?<br>
