[mythtvnz] No EPG, what am i doing wrong

On my recent update to Xubuntu 20.04 it works even better - the system 
boots at the recommended time just to download the day's new EPG and 
then shuts down again.

This is probably a Mythwelcome/mythshutdown function, but I don't recall 
setting anything for it to do this.
