[mythtvnz] New mux at Wharite

I just did a full scan of the Freeview DVB-T frequencies, and I can
see a new mux transmitting from Wharite on 610000 Hz:

It looks like all those channels are experimental at present, as they
report having a channel number of 10000 in MediaPortal's scanner.  The
two "Service" channels are just transmitting test patterns, but the
other two are live.

The new frequency is not one that has been allocated to Wharite as far
as I know - there was a spare frequency of 546000 Hz, but that has not
been used.  So if you are using the standard lists of frequencies at
each site to scan, the new one will not be found.  I had to use the
"All New Zealand" frequency list to see it.

So it looks like Maori TV and Te Reo will be moving to the new mux
from the Kordia mux on 594000 Hz, and that may allow Prime enough
bandwidth to become HD if we are lucky.  But it will probably mean
that 3 DVB-T tuners will not be enough any more if you record from
Maori TV.  Maori TV is supposed to be going HD also when it moves.
