[mythtvnz] SD Trial Ended

Disappointingly, the Schedules Direct trial has been ended by SD (I'm
sure those of you subscribed received the email from Robert
Kulagowski) due to concerns with the quality of the upstream data.

There will be be no refreshed data as of 2016-10-1 (I presume this is
from yesterday, rather than Jan 10th 2016!), with program data out to
7th October.

>From the sounds of things, there were far more trial subscribers in NZ
than Australia, so perhaps SD may consider separating NZ out from Aus,
particularly if (speculation on my part) it may be the Aussie data
which is causing them the majority of concerns.

Shame, as I found the data and channel coverage better than the
alternative nz.py script. Perhaps I'll have to relook at mhegsnoop
again after all....
