I am more interested in reasons to change.  I am on 14.04 with 0.27


~$ cat /etc/issue
Ubuntu 14.04.4 LTS

~$ aptitude show mythtv-backend-master |grep Version
Version: 2:0.27.0+fixes.20140324.8ee257c-0ubuntu3

Is there any reason to upgrade?  The server machine is an old machine
that is serving me well doing this one job, supposing the problems I
sometimes have with reception are caused by the antenna....
