I had revised those files, but it seems the correct data to use 
(following further revision!) is

channel=tv1-plus1.freeviewnz.tv
channel=tv2-plus1.freeviewnz.tv

It corrects with mythfilldatabase following the revision from tv2+2 
(that I'd incorrectly deduced).
