is anyone using commercial flagging and skipping in  New Zealand?

Hi yes we use Commercial Flogging.

Some programmes work perfectly & some do false skips - mainly sudden
transitions to dark dark scenes or fade-to-light scenes.

When we run into this we just disable flagging for the duration of that
program.
