[mythtvnz] Connecting tv_grab_nz-py to mythfilldatabase

I installed the package xmltv.  Duh!

Which or the files in .mythtv directories do I need?

But now I have the error: 2013-07-05 12:39:45.389925 N  Unknown xmltv
channel identifier: tv1.freeviewnz.tv - Skipping channel.

I changed the name of the channel (TV ONE) in the channel editor to
tv1.freeviewnz.tv.  Then I tried changing the calsign, getting
desperate, but stll does not work

Perhaps this list needs an FAQ?  Trawling through the archives is near
impossible.
