[mythtvnz] Channel id to name tables: Where are they?

What is $SOURCE in this context?

I have a 'tv_grab_nz-py.conf' in $HOME/.xmltv that is similar to your
attached file.  It is where I got the extra xmltvid from

Should I just copy it to $HOME/.mythtv/ ?  It sems odd it was not there.
