I just checked my latest Sky EIT EPG capture, and there is nothing for
the France 24 channel.  So I ran my script to scan all the Sky
transponders for channels, and it is there:

FRANCE 24
French;SkyNZ:1545:hC34:S0.0W:22500:1007+8190:1107=fre:0:0:1178:169:10:0

That line is in channels.conf format:

It just looks like they are not producing EPG for that channel at the
moment.  Or not from the transponder I get my Sky EPG from (12671).
