[mythtvnz] mhegepgsnoop 0.5.0 - with tuning

Posted on sourceforge. The tuning option just needs a channel number 
(not a chanid) and will tune the adapter if it isn't already tuned by 
myth. If it looks like myth has the tuner locked it will try to download 
the EPG without tuning first. Not sure what will happen if myth releases 
the tuner halfway through a download but likely it wouldn't be good. :) 
No checking to determine if myth will need the tuner while the EPG 
download is in progress. As always no warranty given or implied. :)
