[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV PVR-150 [ivtv] not supported in 0.25

Nick is correct, the IVTV MPEG-2 encoder card has been re-named to the
generic MPEG-2 encoder card. The input selection (That I could not find on
Page 2 Capture Card Setup and was so worried about) in now done simple
through page 5 Input connections. Thanks
