[mythtvnz] Which image format (ISO, BIN etc) shall I use to rip a Blu-Ray disc?

Looking further at makemkv, it has an option to make a complete backup
of a disk. It reproduces all the directories and files. It doesn't put
them in an iso or a bin file, it simply reproduces the entire
filesystem on hard drive.

Still none of us have the answer to your question, bin or iso?
