Or maybe the HVR-2200 driver borrows code from the PVR-150 or they have 
similar MPEG encoders?

Finished recording my first tape. All good except I used LiveTV 
recording which automatically split the recording into two files at 3 
pm. I guess I'll change the LiveTV config to get around this in future 
or may even try mencoder or similar instead of myth for recording VHS tapes.
