[mythtvnz] Another MHEG to xmltv EPG collector

I should have guessed you guys would be interested. :) It's up on 
sourceforge at http://mhegepgsnooppy.sourceforge.net/. It's pretty rough 
so don't be surprised if you find bugs.

BTW I chose the name mhegepgsnoop based on a mash-up of MHEG, EPG and 
dvbsnoop. I didn't mean to poach your name hads. Actually I've had a 
look at your code and quite a few others but totally forgot you also use 
dvbsnoop in epgsnoop. I guess I deleted it from memory when I saw you 
only look at EIT data (AFAIK).
