You need three tuners to record all three multiplexes at the same time.
But you may or may not need/want all multiplexes at the same time.

I switched and now use a single HVR2200 dual tuner card.  I kept my
DVB-S card for EPG guide data and every now and then it records a
program when the DVB-T cards are busy.
