They aren't cheap that is true..

Note to clarify :
ION & ION2 platform is a chipset to support the atom cpu.
The mac mini uses a geforce 320m which could be customised for apple
(web rumour ?).
The geforce 320m is probably more powerful than ION2.

Seems to be lots of rumours & little facts to compare.
