[mythtvnz] Issues with Nova-500-td

Are you *sure* the (correct) firmware is there, called what is expected, 
etc etc?
The whole "did not find firmware file" message suggests to me this is 
where the problem lies...

Doesn't for me, but my card has loaded fine (Also Nova TD-500). I'm 
unsure if this structure is different prior to loading firmware. Here's

Given that the issue appeared immediately after you reinstalled your 
system, I would guess that the card is not at fault and getting it 
replaced will get you nowhere.
