[mythtvnz] No Sound & Black screen lockup in mythfrontend 0.24

re: the 0.24 audio device rescan.
The 0.24 release notes state you should rescan the audio devices after
upgrade.

There are many JYA posts/replies in the forums that indicate it is
important to rescan the audio devices (after 0.24 upgrade) even if you
type in your own device definition.
