[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV-HVR 3000

The DVB-T part of the HVR3000 wouldn't lock for me, the DVB-S part works 
fine.
I've heard that the v4l drivers included with 10.04 have issues 
regarding the HVR3000, download compile and install the source from linuxtv.
