[mythtvnz] Nvidia 256 series drivers from JYA busted

Had read on nVidia forums something about problem with libxxxx.so name
conflict..
I had to blacklist the vga16fb & disable the KMS modeset for nouveau (in
separate file) to get nvidia driver to load with a new Ubu10.04-64
install.
Is this driver much of a step forward ?
Does the power-miser adaptive clock stuff work now?
Any improvements to nvidia-settings utility ?
