In MythTV? Scan as you normally would, enter 12646000 for the frequency,
12600000 for the symbol rate and Vertical as the polarisation.

It is unlikely that it wouldn't. The only issues come about when you are
feeding your dish to multiple devices in which case this becomes a problem.
If you've just got MythTV on the dish and nothing else you shouldn't have
any problems.
