ASRock 880GM-LE = Radeon graphics so you'll need a graphics card if you
want VDPAU. I've not seen any comments on vaapi for ATI under MythTV

Antec Minuet 350 - Wouldn't call this an especially sexy case.

A closer match would probably be an ATOM+ION combo.
