[mythtvnz] Problems with DVB-T

I had problems with playback when first setting up.  More that it went
for a few seconds then paused, or something like that.  I then set up
profiles as per Jean and gone fine ever since.  The settings that I have
written down on paper from ages ago, so hopefully correct are:

res >= 1920x1080 Vdpau, bob 2x
res >= 1280x720 vdpau, none
res < 1280x720 vdpau 2x Advance
res > 0x0 ffmpeg, Xv

This was on a 9400GT video card
