[mythtvnz] Problems with DVB-T

The 9400GT is less powerful than 9500 so burns less power.
The 9400GT is okay but not quite perfect. Have not found any GT220 
silent cards here yet.

The later chipsets are more efficient & support better power saving modes.
Will always have better driver support for Nvidia.
Same applies to the mobo chipsets & CPUs.

The GT220 is available as a silent version overseas but I have not seen 
it in NZ. Could be delayed due to Nvidia having yield problems with chip 
production (TSMC fab).

According to wiki:
The peak power (full load) consumption GT220 is similar to 9500 but the 
GT220 should be lightly loaded doing h.264 decode etc.

My observation no measurements:
The GTX260 core 216 does not spin up (increase from idle) the cooling 
fans doing h.264 decode.
I am not recommending the GTX260 for HTPC tho'  !
