If you are still compiling mythtv 0.23 from svn..

The svn URL has changed for mythtv 0.23+fixes and "svn update" generates
an error message.

"svn: Repository moved permanently to
'http://code.mythtv.org/svn/branches/release-0-23-fixes'; please
relocate"

I'm no expert but this command has worked for me:

"svn switch --relocate
http://svn.mythtv.org/svn/branches/release-0-23-fixes
http://code.mythtv.org/svn/branches/release-0-23-fixes"
