[mythtvnz] Upgrade for Freeview HD

Hi,
I've a P3 933 MHz happily running using a Hauppauge PVR-350. As this
card has TVout and does the decoding for output to TV, there is little
CPU usage.
So, the next generation...
I've bought a Nova-T with the idea of using this as a receiving card,
while retaining the 350 as the TVout.

I've done some reading about the lack of Audio working.

I have 5F27 of Knoppmyth.

Anyone using this card or similar configuration and MythTV?
