I believe you'll need to either increase your budget or decrease the
number of frontends.

or....change your requirements!

A PCI VDPAU card enables and recycles much older hardware, there is a report of an AMD 1.4Ghz CPU running 30% an 8400 at

Does that suggest a 700M CPU would run @ 60% - and even lower CPU's would also run? (CPU cooling might be an issue though?)

9400 PCI cards (also LP) are available, I will receive in the next few days...
