[mythtvnz] NOVA -T 500 only 1 tuner in LiveTV

In fact there were changes between 0.20 and 0.21 (co-inciding with
multirec availability) and you may need to specifically bind a key.

However I find the menu (m key while watching tv) and then choose
tuners from the menu works well.
