[mythtvnz] Hauppauge WinTV Nova-S Plus problem

I have a problem with finding channels with this card.
I am using Mythtv 0.21 on Fedora 10 (MythDora).
I followed the instructions here:
http://wiki.linux.net.nz/FreeViewMythTvSetup but failed to find any
channels.
So I fell back to using scandvb from the commandline and again failed to
find any channels.
I had a look at dmesg and found problems (see below).
Has anyone managed to get one of these cards working with Mythtv?  Its
supposed to be supported by Linux.

Any suggestions welcome!  Thanks.
