[mythtvnz] MythTV upgrade, bleeding code, ready for tester

Here's what I mean by half working.
1. Initially I set up the system, and I was experiencing the visual
corruption you refer to.

2. About 2 weeks ago, I upgraded to 185.18.14 (or whatever it is) and
new distribution of your code and I found I could no longer change
channel on the HD tuner. I always just get a "problem encountered"
message after a timeout. Since I have to view live TV using the SD
tuner, I can live with this.

3. A week ago I tried downgrading as per your instructions, but found I
was getting audio but no video, just black screen. So, back to "testing"
repo and 185.18.14

So a fix for me would be something that resolves the channel change
issue, and then corrects the blocking on 720p channels.

Great, I misunderstood what was meant by "not distributing" then, and
where the fix lay. I thought we would be seeing no change from where you
are now.

Hopefully this will fix my channel changing problem on HD as well. I'm
not sure if this is a driver or Mythtv code problem though.
