Yes.  The Harmony can impersonate nearly anything.  The MCE remote was 
one of the listed options in the crappy remote setup website app thingy 
that you have to use to program the harmony. It's a Harmony One but I 
had an 880 before that, and both worked with the MCE receiver.

TechPac have the HAUPPAUGE: MCE Remote Control Kit (UPC0335).  From what 
I've read the receiver is a plug and play replacement for the MS one, 
while the remote is apparently a bit inferior. But since Steve is mainly 
after the receiver it should work fine. Should be able to get it via any 
computer store for around $70-80.
