[mythtvnz] Sky TV Out on Motorola DTH320

linuxtv.org it mentions a patch required for Myth to get initial TV tuning
to work for the HVR4000.  Check under Analogue TV.

I gave up and just kept using my sat channels, hoping that when I get a good
enough WAF rating the Sky can go. I tried using the composite input but the
audio sources kept vanishing and I decided that the HDMI output to the TV
was more important.
