I got my motherboard back and I have now installed JYAs latest package.

The 720p vdpau playback is now fixed  - thanks JYA, this was a major issue for my setup.

Interestingly live TV is now broken. I haven't had time to look into it. But so far symptoms are:

I run a combined BE/FE and a separate FE.

The BE/FE is not VDPAU capable so I generally only use the FE part for testing and setting. I have not updated the BE/FE for a while and Live TV works on this machine.

With the separate FE, Live TV no longer works, it did work very well before this latest update.

All up no biggy for me as I have aerial inputs to all my TVs so I can just change to the TVs internal tuner if I want to watch Live.
