[mythtvnz] Question about how XMLTV and tv_grab_nz-py work

OK, scratch all my instructions and just edit the tv_grab_nz-py file and
change the link where it downloads the data from to
http://epg.pvr.geek.nz/epg/listings-all.xml.gz

then add the xmlid to the Prime channel

Thats a bit easier.  Thanks Hads
