[mythtvnz] unpnp streaming of live tv

If you want to use mythtv then I suggest you use it properly. If you
want to watch the news at 6 every day, set it to record every day.
Even if you don't watch it you can set it up to expire after a set
period, or like me, only keep the last three. LiveTV is soooo 1990.
